The Registration Office is concerned with completing student registration procedures since they join the study, and following up on the administrative process to complete the requirements for obtaining a university degree and for the student to obtain his certificate. So that the start dates for receiving applications for registration at the college are announced at the beginning of each semester, both according to the applicant’s desire and according to the controls and conditions of registration at the university and college. After that, the admission dates that take place within the scientific departments are determined according to the student lists that are referred to the department’s admission committee by the office. The college registrar will complete the rest of the registration procedures and submit the file and original documents for registration
office. Registration is an integral part of the college. Its mission is to contribute to building this scientific edifice, by carrying out all the work related to accepting and registering students, and distributing them to the college’s departments in accordance with the applicable standards.
The mission of the Registration Office is to direct students to academic departments in accordance with the established mechanisms, and to provide students with brochures containing the courses for each department, and their descriptions, so that the student can choose the department that best suits his abilities.
1 - Raising the college’s academic level by opening its doors to students and providing various services in completing the procedures for renewing registration, stopping it, and transferring students.
2 - Preparing lists of students’ names distributed among academic departments, extracting cards, preparing lists of student housing, statistics, and data on students.
3 - Cooperating with other administrative offices to raise the level of the college.
